Historic Beacon Hill Jewel Box

Full gut renovation in an early 20th century limestone Gothic Revival chapel. Designed by preeminent architects, Bellows, Aldrich and Holt for Boston University in 1917, the building originally served as the Divinity School  and chapel, and was reimagined as condos in the mid-1960s.

Spacious Family Farmhouse

A 4,000+ square foot modern farmhouse was built upon an original foundation after a full demolition allowing us to reconfigure and build this family-oriented dream home positioned in a neighborhood, yet with a secluded feel backed up to conservation land.

19th Century Brick Gem

This beautiful Cambridge Condo features a modern high-end custom-built kitchen in a historic brick building situated along a beautiful tree-lined street. We worked closely with the professionals who owned the home- an Architect and an Author- to renovate the space while mitigating disturbance to the other residents in the building.

More Than A Spec House

Initially acquired to build a spec house, the buyer benefitted from early involvement during construction of this modern colonial which allowed for some customization of the 5 bed 6 bath home leading to grand entertainment spaces and dedicated room to chill for the teens and young adults (as well as mom and dad!) in this large family home.
